Hicomply, a UK-based cybersecurity compliance startup, was struggling to compete with established players like Vanta. Several challenges were blocking their growth: -Cost per lead was too high to scale -The existing website had poor UX and was difficult to update -The brand lacked clarity and stood out little in a crowded market -Product messaging was weak -Marketing operations were scattered, with no solid framework in place They needed sharper positioning, better tools, and a plan that could deliver sustainable growth.

I tackled the core issues before launching any campaigns. Brand Positioning & Identity I clarified Hicomply’s position in the market and rebuilt their visual identity. The new brand signalled credibility, focus, and trust. Website Migration & Redesign I migrated the site to Webflow, giving the team more flexibility. Key changes included: -A restructured product architecture based on user needs -A new visual design optimised for conversion -More intuitive content layouts for faster iteration and testing Integrated Campaign Strategy I paired LinkedIn ads with targeted SEO and content efforts: -Created high-converting landing pages -Focused on lead quality, not just volume -Launched a lead-gen system with meaningful attribution GTM & Marketing Ops A scalable marketing engine was built from scratch: -A revenue-aligned GTM framework -Full HubSpot implementation for tracking and attribution -Operational workflows for consistent campaign delivery
From day one, I set out to reshape cyber compliance for startups and mid‑sized firms. I wanted to replace complex spreadsheets and manual processes with a single, efficient system. Auditors demanded clarity, teams needed automation, executives wanted proof of ROI. I built a platform that cuts through complexity and drives compliance forward.

I started by mapping the compliance journey—studying how teams managed ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR. I spoke with IT and InfoSec staff and saw how spreadsheets slowed audit prep and updates.
I took charge of the brand and the platform design. I created a fresh identity that signals trust and authority. I then rebuilt the entire UI and UX from scratch, including the software dashboard. I designed clean dashboards and intuitive flows for policy management, risk monitoring, asset tracking and task automation.
I developed ready-to-use templates and real-time alerts. I layered automation—scheduled reviews, automatic task assignments and auditor-ready reports. I aimed to make compliance run almost on its own.
The results speak for themselves. Audit prep time fell by up to five times. Hundreds of companies hit 100 % pass rates. The experience is now both reliable and empowering.
