METAWIN
Streamlining UI for seamless Web3 crypto-gaming
00
problem
MetaWin offers NFT and crypto-based competitions, but its interface didn’t match its ambition. -FAQ and wallet UI felt fragmented and hard to use -Critical actions like deposits, withdrawals and gas explanations were buried -Interface used blockchain jargon without context, creating confusion -UI patterns didn’t support fast onboarding or intuitive flow
solution
I overhauled the UI to make key features front and centre and simplify the entire user journey. Support & FAQ Hub -Designed a clean, card-based FAQ layout with bold questions and collapsible answers -Grouped topics into logical segments, Account, Competitions, Casino, Wallet—for instant clarity On-Page Guidance -Added contextual tooltips on wallet screens, explaining gas fees and Web3 steps in plain language -Introduced quick-access buttons (like “Deposit” or “Connect Wallet”) near primary user actions Navigation & Signposting -Promoted "Support" as a global navigation option -Linked FAQ and Discord directly to the navigation, reducing barriers to help Mobile-first, Responsive UI -Simplified mobile layouts, large tap targets, concise headings, minimal scrolling -Ensured wallet and FAQ cards adapt cleanly for handheld reading
I redesigned MetaWin’s interface to guide users through Web3 smoothly—clarifying onboarding, wallet actions, and competitions with intuitive UI.

I analysed user behaviour to identify frustrations: FAQs were hidden, and wallet flows were unclear and friction-filled. To fix this, I organised the FAQ hub into clearly labelled categories with collapsible UI. I promoted Support in the nav so help was always one click away.
On wallet pages, I added tooltips to explain gas fees and how wallets work. Quick-action buttons (“Deposit,” “Withdraw,” “Connect Wallet”) now guide users through key steps.
For competitions, I added clear previews, showing prize Pools like 5 ETH ahead of entry.
I built everything with mobile in mind, tap-friendly layout and simplified navigation.
Now MetaWin feels intuitive, transparent, and helpful, letting users focus on winning, not troubleshooting
