MBC Group needed a unified commercial front to serve modern advertisers. They had premium content—but lacked a single, data-led touchpoint for brands. They needed to: -Connect advertising with data and tech across platforms -Simplify offerings for TV, Shahid streaming, radio, digital and sports -Stand out in the competitive MENA media landscape -Build scalable campaigns rooted in analytics and insight

I led a cohesive brand narrative and commercial toolkit to equip MMS as a data-driven media partner. Brand Positioning -Established MMS as the in-house advertiser for all MBC Group platforms -Defined brand voice around data, tech and connection Platform Integration -Designed modular brochures covering TV spots, digital ads, audio sponsorships, in-content integrations and sports events -Included exclusive access lines—like Shahid, Al Arabiya and SSC—presented as turnkey packages Content & Visual Identity -Created templated layouts blending platform logos, metrics and creative hooks -Applied a clean, grid-based structure that worked in decks, media kits and digital assets Launch & Rollout -Orchestrated the launch of MMS Sports—uniting SSC, MBC and Al Arabiya under one offering -Equipped internal teams with presentation formats, pitch decks and media kits

I shaped MMS to speak directly to brands. I connected MBC’s rich media ecosystem with clean messaging, platforms and formats—giving advertisers clarity, flexibility and full access.

My first step was mapping media touchpoints: TV, streaming, radio, digital, sports. I collected audience reach data—like 686M+ social followers and 10M+ monthly viewers. Then I built modular media packages. Each one grouped assets—video spots, digital banners, audio inserts—under unified themes. I embedded brand and performance insights right in the decks.

To launch MMS Sports, I crafted narrative and visuals that showcased live sports, sponsorship options and cross-platform reach. Finally, I rolled out slide units, templates, media kits and pitch guides—so teams could scale quickly and speak confidently to clients.

MMS launched with clarity and scale. They won awards (“Agency of the Year Middle East”). Brands now access MBC’s full content suite—TV, Shahid, radio, digital and sports—under one commercial brand. Sports campaigns launched effectively under MMS Sports, gaining traction in MENA.
