PervasID
Making real-time RFID tracking invisible and effortless
00
problem
Pervas ID offers passive RFID tracking for high-value assets in sensitive environments—airports, hospitals, labs, retail. But their digital presence didn’t reflect the sophistication of their tech. Key challenges: -The website didn’t explain the tech clearly to non-technical buyers -Visuals lacked consistency and modernity -The product felt hidden instead of frictionless -Sales teams lacked assets that worked across sectors
solution
solution I redesigned the brand’s digital experience to reflect clarity, performance, and trust. Brand & Content Strategy -Simplified technical messaging for each use case: healthcare, defence, retail, transport -Created benefit-led headlines and proof points tied to customer outcomes -Established tone of voice guidelines to maintain clarity and trust across materials Visual & Digital Execution -Rebuilt the website to align with enterprise tech standards -Used structured layouts, motion graphics and modular content blocks -Created a clean, responsive product visuals system with diagrams and dashboards -Updated icons and interface examples to highlight passive tracking accuracy and coverage Sales & Materials -Designed decks, one-pagers and PDFs for sectors with tailored visuals and stats -Created simple diagrams and animations to explain product flow -Built branded templates for internal use
We repositioned Pervas ID to match the value of its invisible tracking tech—simplifying the story and sharpening every digital and visual touchpoint.

I started by breaking down the product into clear use cases. Instead of leading with tech specs, I wrote value-focused content that explained what the system did in real terms, tracking surgical kits, reducing shrinkage, improving turnaround.
Visually, I stripped everything back. The interface and layout now reflect precision and lightness, mimicking the tech itself. The colour palette is clean, the iconography bespoke, and the navigation focused on quick answers.
The site now feels quiet, reliable, and data-driven, just like the product. It works across audiences, from government procurement to private hospital boards.
